Lime Cucumber Apple Salad

This salad looks like a typical cucumber tomato salad, so it's surprising when you taste it: the combination of flavors is so delicious. The crisp, slightly tart sweetness of the green apple adds another dimension and blends well with the other flavors. The lime juice accentuates all of the flavors, and the slight kick from the hot pepper adds the perfect finishing touch. To top it all off, it's also very nutritious!
