Judes Scharman, MS, RDN, LDMy name is Judith, but many call me Judes. I’m a registered dietitian nutritionist, and I love to make healthy, great-tasting food without spending too much time in the kitchen.

I teach nutrition and healthy cooking at Loretta Paganini’s International Culinary Arts & Science Institute, own Foods With Judes: Simple Savory Solutions, and own Healthy Kids Meal & Motion Markers. Much of my time is spent presenting culinary workshops, seminars and speaking engagements to provide simple and savory solutions.

I’ve spent 26 years helping families to eat healthier, and I love sharing delicious recipes and quick, easy tricks to help everyone enjoy playing the “healthy lifestyle game”.

I’m constantly asked questions, such as: What do you pack in your kids’ school lunches? How do you get your children to eat vegetables? How do you keep your teenagers eating healthy? What do you buy at the grocery store? How can I lose weight? How do I offset menopausal weight gain? But the question I get most is: What should I make for dinner tonight? Consequently, the Foods with Judes blog was born.
